Texts are sent that cannot or are not responded to. Phones are not answered. Web messages are either ignored or unseen.  / I travelled a considerable distance to address a VW recall and the dealership was not able to provide a loan car for the day. This is not a good way to promote future sales or foster brand loyalty.
